Organizations goal is to offer meaningful activities, give a chance to be involved in creating events and to ease integration to society through internships and trainings.  

Organization aims to promote multiculturalism locally using different artistic and informal learning methods in events. StepEurope is truly a multicultural organization with over half of the members having a multicultural background.  Operations of the NGO engage young people and support them to plan projects, which contribute to multiculturality, break prejudices and reduce racism. Diverse events bring cultures together through doing together.

Objective is to organize easy to access activities for free or at low cost and without the need of speaking Finnish language or having experience on NGO work.
