We only request personal data for our own membership register, we will not disclose information to third parties.

Membership Register of StepEurope ry

The use of Register

The purpose of the register is to maintain the Membership Register of the StepEurope ry. The information in the register is used for personal direct marketing, unless the member has denied direct marketing. Electronic direct marketing is specifically requested by the member in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

The member has the right to check, modify and delete information about him/herself in the register.

Membership data of the register will not be disclosed to outsiders. Personal data will be processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Data content of the register

Membership register includes:

– Member’s first name and surname

– Email address

– Postal address

– Phone number

– Year of Birth

Information will not be released outside of StepEurope ry.

Protection of the register

The Membership Register is treated as strictly confidential and is duly protected from third party. The register is not stored as a paper printout. The ATK-based system is located in the association’s secure internal network. The system is protected against firewall access to external communications. In the event of a malfunction, the information will be verified by copying it regularly.

The register is used only by persons whose job description is used. Each user has a personal username and password. Registry access rights are granted and supervised by a person responsible for registry matters.

The obligation of confidentiality binds employees and members of the board dealing with member register information. Information is disclosed to third parties only as a result of a statutory notification obligation, such as at the request of a member or by a lawful authority.
